Email Public Status Pages

Prove it — to a client, a boss, or the public. Some of the intelligence is worth sharing outward. Scheduled Reports deliver it to your inbox on a cadence; a public Status Page turns a domain’s posture into a clean, verifiable link you can hand to anyone — with none of your private data attached.

How it works

A public Status Page is a shareable, read-only view of a domain’s Email Health Score, grade and the standards it meets. It’s reached through a signed capability link, carries no email or account data, and is marked no-index so it stays a deliberate share rather than a search result. Scheduled Reports compose the same deterministic read-models into a weekly digest and email it to the domain’s owner.

PII-free and verifiable. The status page exposes only public-safe measurements about a domain — never emails, workspace identifiers or internal history — and the link is HMAC-signed, so it can’t be guessed or tampered with. What it shows is measured, and it can show its work.

What you get

  • Public status pageA PII-free, verifiable link showing a domain’s score, grade and standards met.
  • Scheduled reportsA weekly email digest of verdict, counts and top open issues.
  • One-click unsubscribeReport emails carry a proper one-click opt-out; nothing is forced.
  • Built-in advocacyA surface clients and colleagues can check for themselves.

Where it fits

Reports and status pages are the “prove it” stage — they take everything the platform has measured and benchmarked and make it shareable. For many domains at once, they’re a core part of the Organization and agency toolkit; for machine access to the same data, see the API.
