Email Organization & Portfolio Management

Every domain in one executive view. When you’re responsible for many domains, checking them one at a time doesn’t scale. Organization rolls all of your workspaces into a single portfolio dashboard — one verdict, the totals, and the domains that need attention first.

How it works

A Premium workspace creates an Organization and shares a join code; any workspace can join with that code, on its own terms. ToolTrusted then composes each member workspace’s dashboard into one Organization view — the org’s verdict is the worst member’s verdict (a critical domain can’t hide behind healthy ones), totals are summed, and members are ordered by what needs attention. It’s a read-only rollup of dashboards the platform already produces, not a new scoring engine.

Aggregation, by consent — not shared logins. Organization is an additive portfolio layer over the existing one-email-one-workspace model. Data enters the rollup only when a workspace chooses to join, member emails are shown masked, and there are no shared accounts, roles or seats. It composes verdicts; it never changes how any domain is measured.

What you get

  • Portfolio dashboardOne executive verdict, totals and priority order across every domain.
  • Worst-case floorThe org can’t read “healthy” while any member is critical.
  • Org-scoped APIPull the whole portfolio’s posture as JSON with an owner key.
  • Named team keysMultiple labelled API keys for your integrations — add and revoke as needed.

Where it fits

Organization is the “one domain becomes many” stage — the scale layer beneath everything else. It pairs with reports and public status pages, the REST API and automation, and it’s the heart of the toolkit for agencies managing client domains.

Free or Premium

Premium
Creating and viewing an Organization is part of Premium; joining an existing org is open, so you can onboard brand workspaces freely. Independent, deterministic and measured-only throughout — and, as everywhere, no claim to measure inbox placement.
