The fastest way to get a response is email: hello@tooltrusted.com. We read everything personally and reply to most messages within two business days.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. Found a stale fact, a broken link, or a feature claim that no longer matches the tool? Tell us the page and the specific claim and we’ll re-verify within 48 hours.
  • Suggestions. An email tool we should cover, a comparison we should write, or a question you want answered in a guide.
  • Tips. Major pricing changes, deliverability incidents, or product launches that warrant an updated review.
  • Partnership inquiries. We’re selective about partnerships and only consider tools we’d recommend on merit. Pitching us a “guaranteed top-3 ranking in exchange for X” gets a polite “no thanks”.

Press and review copies

Email marketing platforms: we’re happy to receive demo accounts, pricing roadmaps, and product previews. Be aware that we will still test for at least four weeks before publishing and our verdict reflects what we found, not the press deck. Send to press@tooltrusted.com.

If you’re a reader exercising your data rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations — for example, requesting export or deletion of personal data we hold — see our Privacy Policy for the formal process.
