Every scan and every issue-transition is stored as immutable history. Trends read the series to show the direction of your score and each signal (improving, flat, regressing). Historical Analytics reconstructs your issues into episodes and computes operational metrics from them — all as a pure, deterministic function of that history, so the same data always produces the same numbers.
